Integrate Learning Posts with Journey designer to create and access
an omni-channel learning experience empowering employees with the right learning at the right
time, making learning accessible.  
ServiceNow® Learning Posts is a ServiceNow Store application.  
Important:  
* Learning Posts automatically activates Learning Core.
* Learning Posts is available with the HRSD Enterprise package.

Integrating the Learning Posts app with Journey designer enables you to
manage recommended learning for journeys from inside Journey designer.

## Use Recommended Learning

The Recommended Learning feature combines Learning Posts with Predictive Intelligence. It learns how your organization uses training and provide a list
of recommended courses to add to journeys.  
* Employees can: See learning tasks and work on the task in their journeys.
* Managers can: Add recommended learning to journeys for employees if they have Can add recommended learning permission.
* Mentors can: Add recommended learning if they have permission to edit a journey if they have Can add recommended learning permission.
* Administrator: Manage recommended learning for journey configurations.

Administrators set permissions in journey configurations. ## Administrator manage Recommended Learning for Journey Configurations

Administrators Create recommended learning records for Journey Configurations that are
associated with a Journey type. The recommended learning is then accessed by journey owners,
mentors, and employees. Only an administrator can delete recommended learning from a journey

## Journey owners and mentors can add recommended learning to a journey

Journey owners or mentors with the Can add recommended learning
permission for a journey configuration are able to add recommended courses to individual
