# Log a safety meeting

# Log a safety meeting {#ariaid-title1}

Log a safety meeting and keep a track of it in the Health and Safety application.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ohs_im.meeting_manager or sn_ohs_im.meeting_writer

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllHealth and SafetyHealth and Safety Workspace.
2. Select the meetings icon (![safety meetings icon]()).
3. In the Meetings tab, select Meetings and then All.
4. Create a meeting or open an existing one.
   * To create a meeting, select New.
   * To open an existing meeting, select the one that you want to track. Alternatively, to quickly edit the meeting, select the edit icon (![edit icon]()) in the list and start updating the meeting in the side panel.

5. On the form, fill in the fields.

6. Select Save.  
   The Attendees, Meeting minutes, Documents, and Actions tabs appear for this meeting.
7. In the Attendees tab, select Add or New to add attendees for this meeting.

8. **Optional:** In the Documents tab, select Add to add any documents that cover topics to be discussed or shared in this meeting.

9. **Optional:** In the Actions tab, select New to add any actions for the safety meeting.

## Result

* The safety meeting is listed in the Meetings list in the Health and Safety Workspace and is saved in the Meeting \[sn_ohs_im_meeting\] table.
* The documents associated with this meeting are saved in the Health and Safety m2m meeting document \[sn_ohs_im_m2m_meeting_document\] table.

## What to do next

In the Meeting minutes tab, meeting minutes taker can add minutes of this meeting to track discussions and add any actions for the recorded minutes. You can add as many meeting minutes to a safety
