  • As a contract configurator, create and manage a library of clauses, clause variations and contract templates that will be used to generate contract document when a contract request is submitted.

    Perform the following tasks to create and manage the clauses, clause variations, and contract templates that will be used for generating a contract document.
    Create a contract type
    Create a contract type for defining different types of contract requests and associate it to a contract model.
    Define an internal signatory rule
    Define a user as an internal signatory rule so that the signer can be added to a contract template to automatically add to the contract document for a request.
    Create document template categories
    Create document template categories to easily identify similar documents and find the correct document template more easily.
    Configure contract templates for a contract request
    Create a contract template of type .docx that can be used when submitting a contract request to generate a standard contract with predefined content.
    Configure dynamic clauses for contract templates
    Enable dynamic customized content in contract templates through clauses that contain clause variations for preset conditions.
    Activate a system property to generate a certificate of completion
    Activate a system property to generate a certificate of completion for electronically signed contracts.
    Configure document templates for standard letters or documents
    Create Word Document Templates to create standard letters or documents that can be signed by configured participants.
