  • Use the Resolve policy use case for faster mean time to repair (MTTR) cases that require validation based on policies that are built for tuition reimbursement.

    Resolve policy overview

    The Resolve policy use case can help to collect requested information, check all the policy content, and evaluate the information to resolve a case.
    Note:
    You must have HRSD Pro plus for Now Assist installed for the HR Service Delivery AI Agent Collection. When you modify a use case, AI agent, or tool, make sure that you update all instructions accordingly.

    Resolve policy use case

    To access the use case:
    1. Navigate to All > AI Agent Studio > Testing.
    2. Select AI Agent > Tuition Reimbursement Case Resolution.

    AI agents used in the Resolve policy use case

    The AI agent decision log displays the AI agents that are working to resolve the case, and you can watch their interactions, decisions, and thought processes as they happen in real time.

    Important:
    In the Define your test scenario screen for the AI agent, make sure that AI agent is selected to activate the AI agent. The task field also displays the use case details for the case that you want to resolve.
