Cancel a review task

    • As a contract fulfiller, cancel a review task irrespective of its state.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_fulfiller

    Procedure

    1. Open the review task.

      1. Navigate to All > Legal Counsel Center.
      2. Click the list icon (List icon).
      3. Select My Work > Requested Tasks
      4. Open the review task from the list
      Delegated to me listing
      1. Navigate to All > Legal Counsel Center.
      2. Click the list icon (List icon).
      3. Select Delegated to me > Contract Review Tasks
      4. Open the review task from the list
      Contract Review Tasks listing
      1. Navigate to All > Legal Counsel Center.
      2. Click the list icon (List icon).
      3. Under Contract Review tasks, select All or My tasks
      4. Open the review task from the list
      Contract Request Reviews tab
      1. Navigate to All > Legal Counsel Center.
      2. Click the list icon (List icon).
      3. Select Contract Requests > Assigned to me
      4. Open the contract request from the list
      5. Select Reviews tab.
      6. Open the review task from the list.
    2. Select Cancel review.
      If you have selected Cancel review from the Reviews tab, select the review task to be canceled in the pop-up window.
    3. In the Comments field, enter information for canceling the request
    4. Select Yes, cancel.

    Result

    • The review task is canceled and the cancellation comments appear in the Additional Comments section of the contract request.
    • When all the review tasks are cancelled or closed, the contract request State updates to Work in progress.
