Submit a Legal Content Review request

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    About this task

    If you have the Legal Virtual Agent Conversations application installed on your instance, you can also submit a Legal Content Review request through Virtual Agent chat. For more information, see Legal Virtual Agent Conversations.

    Procedure

    1. Access the Legal Content Review intake form.
      OptionDescription
      Using Legal Service Portal
      1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Service Portal
      2. Select Service Catalog.
      3. Select the expand icon Expand icon on Legal Requests from the left panel.
      4. Select Compliance Requests.
      5. Select Legal Content Review from the complete list of compliance requests.
      Using Employee Center
      1. Navigate to All > Employee Center
      2. Select Legal from the header.
      3. Select Browse all Legal.
      4. Select Legal Content Review.
    2. On the Content Review form, fill in the fields.

    3. Select Submit.

    Result

    • A Legal Content Review request is created in the New state.

    • The request is assigned to a group or user in the legal department based on the assignment rule set in the associated practice area. For more information, see Assignment rule to automatically assign legal requests or matters.
    • If the administrator has configured notifications, you receive notifications about the progress of the request.
