The Team details page offers organizational leaders clear insights into the skills and talent makeup of teams within their organization. It is accessed through the Employee Center under the Org talent section in the Leader hub, enabling leaders to view detailed information about teams led by employees.

Key Features
- Growth engagement widget: Displays metrics that show how employees engage with growth tools within the Talent Development suite, helping leaders understand adoption and utilization of development resources.
- Team skill score widget: Shows a proficiency score based on how well team members meet skill requirements for their roles. A perfect score of 100 indicates all skill requirements are met. It also highlights skills where the team needs the most improvement.
- Employee work arrangement widget: Presents the distribution of team members by their work settings, such as on-site, remote, or hybrid, giving leaders insight into team work modalities.
- Range of years spent at the company widget: Visualizes team tenure distribution, segmented into configurable time ranges (default spans include <1 year, 1–2 years, 2–6 years, and >6 years). Data is updated weekly based on employment start dates.
- Time spent in current positions widget: Shows tenure distribution within current roles using configurable time segments (default similar to tenure widget). Data refreshes weekly using job start dates.
- Range of employee experience widget: Displays the number of employees at each experience level within the team, including the team manager. Experience levels are determined from the Job level field in Job profile records.

- Select a card for an employee who leads a team within the leader's organization.
- Select the View team details button on the card for the employee that you selected.

roles in that team. A score of 100 means that the requirements are met. This widget also reflects a list of skills on which the team must improve the most. |
