Roles Installed

• People Involved: Logs individuals involved in investigations, including internal users and external parties such as contractors or visitors.
• Periodic Total Work Hour: Records total work hours per establishment annually.
• Health and Safety Observation: Stores workplace safety observation records reported by employees.
• Health and Safety Incident Observation: Links safety observations to corresponding incident records.
• Injury: Captures detailed injury records, with support for custom injury logging components.
• Injury and Illness: Combines injury and illness data used for generating compliance reports such as OSHA forms.
