Your employees can use the Now Assist in Virtual Agent, which is powered by generative AI chat capabilities, to engage in an interactive conversational experience. They can check the status of their tasks and approvals and also submit a catalog task.
- My Tasks
- An employee can view the status of their tasks. They can check their assigned, pending, or open tasks. Depending on their query, the Now Assist in Virtual Agent shows the details of the tasks and lets them open a task for more information by using the Task center.The Now Assist for Employee Experience supports the following tasks by default:
- HR tasks like submitting a catalog request
- Survey tasks
An employee can check their HR service tasks and also submit a request. They can mark a task as complete, view the checklist of a task, or upload a document to support a task. The Now Assist in Virtual Agent also enables an employee to take a survey with the chat survey task.
For example, a manager can chat with Now Assist in Virtual Agent by entering queries like Show me my tasks, Show me my pending tasks, Show me my assigned tasks, Show me my open tasks, or Show me my tasks due today/due this week/due later/due soon.
