    • Enable the Now Assist in AI Search setup to use Now Assist genius results.

    Before you begin

    Role required: esc_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > AI Search > Now Assist in AI Search Setup.
    2. Enable the Now Assist Genius Results by selecting the check boxes for each application and select Save changes.
