    • Self-report your status as an employee in a critical event through the email or SMS notification that you receive from an agent or responder.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_critical.user

    Procedure

    Open the email or SMS notification and respond.
    NotificationSteps
    Email
    1. Select the I'm Safe button.
    2. Select Send.
    SMS
    1. Enter 1.
    2. Select Send.
    You can also enter any additional information about the critical event that you want to send. It's recorded as a note from you in your record that agents can view.
