Various email templates are available depending on the purpose of the communication, whether it's for employees, or on-site responders.

Template name	Description
Roll-call End	Inform that the roll call for the current emergency is complete.
Default Template	Compose your own email when none of the predefined templates meet your needs.
Roll-call Start	Notify the on-site responder to start the roll call for the active emergency.
Follow-up	Send a reminder to the employees who haven't responded to confirm their safety status.
Emergency Start	Notify the employees of an ongoing emergency and request their safety status.
Update Communication	Inform employees or responders about any updates throughout the emergency situation.
End Emergency	Notify that the emergency has ended.
