Modify a legal request
As a legal user, modify a legal request to update the request's details or replace the attached contract document with an updated version.
Before you begin
You can modify a request until it is in the New state.
Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Open your submitted legal request from the My Requests option on the header menu.
- On the Standard Ticket page, from the Actions menu, select Edit Request.
- Update the request's details or replace the attached contract document with an updated version.
- Select Save to update the record.
