Submit a safety incident or observation to report it your organization's safety
department.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_ohs_im.requestor
Procedure

Open the Now Mobile app on your mobile device.

In the navigation bar, tap Safety.

In the Browse from all topics section on the page, tap a
topic to open category items.
- To report an incident, tap Safety incident and
then tap Report Health and Safety Incident.
- To report an observation, tap Observations and
then tap Report Health and Safety
Observation.

Fill in the fields.

Tap Submit.
A confirmation message with the incident or observation number appears
on the screen.
- Optional:
Tap the incident or observation number to review it or update any fields.

Tap Close to return to the list of safety topics.
