Create or modify actions of a safety incident on the Mobile Agent app

  • Add an action to address the root causes of the safety incident. You can add multiple actions for the incident.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager or sn_ohs_im.agent

    Procedure

    1. Open the Mobile Agent app on your mobile device.
    2. In the navigation bar, tap Home.
    3. Tap the Safety incidents icon safety incident icon from the quick links section.
    4. Open a safety incident record.
    5. Tap the Related lists tab and then tap Actions.
      1. To modify an existing actions record,
        • Swipe left on the actions record to view the edit and delete options.
        • Open the actions record and tap More options icon more options, and then tap edit or delete.
      2. To add a new action record, tap Add new action.
    6. On the form, fill in the details.

    7. Tap Submit.
