Cancel the wet signature process from the Employee Center

    • Cancel a wet signature process for a Non-disclosure agreement legal requests from the Employee Center.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user and sn_cm_core.contract_user

    About this task

    You can cancel the signature process from the Employee Center under following conditions:

    • The legal request is of type Non-disclosure agreement.
    • The signature type of the Non-disclosure agreement legal request is Wet signature.
    • The state of the contract request should be Awaiting signature.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center
    2. Select My Requests from the header.
    3. Open the legal request for which you want to cancel the signature.
    4. On the request page, from the Actions menu, select Cancel signature.
    5. On the confirmation window, select Cancel signature to confirm the cancellation.

    Result

    The contract status updates to Signature cancelled, and a notification email is sent to all signatories.
