Publish a contract template

    • Publish contract template to make it available for generating a standard legal contract document with predefined content when a legal user submits a contract request.

    Before you begin

    Ensure the template mappings has been completed before you publish a contract template mappings. For more information, Update contract template mappings for legal contract template.

    Role required: sn_lg_contracts.contracts_config

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Administration > Simple Contracts Admin > Contract Templates.
    2. Open a contract template.
    3. Optional: Review the contract document template.
      1. Generate and preview the contract document.
        For more information, see Preview a contract document for a Word document template.
      2. If any changes are necessary, update the document and save it.
    4. On finalizing the content of the contract document, select Publish.

    Result

    The state of the contract template is published.
