Add a phase to a legal matter

  • Add a phase to a matter to track specific tasks to complete the matter.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_lg_matter.matter_fulfiller

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.
    2. In the Legal Counsel Center tab, select the list icon (List icon).
    3. In the Lists tab, open a legal matter by selecting an option under Matters.
    4. To add a phase, in the Phases tab, click New.
    5. In the Name field, enter a unique name for the phase.
    6. In the Order field, enter a number to determine the order in which the phase should be processed.
    7. Click Save.
