Submit a complaint through Legal Service Portal

    • Submit a complaint through the Legal Service Portal to report a violation incident for investigation and resolution.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    About this task

    To submit a complaint anonymously, see Submit a complaint through the Anonymous Report Center portal.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Service Portal.
    2. Search for a legal service request to file a complaint, such as ethics complaint, or click Service Catalog to view all available request categories.
    3. Select the Ethics Requests category from the Categories pane.
    4. Click Ethics Complaints to submit a request.
    5. On the Ethics Complaints form, fill in the fields.
    6. To add an involved party, click Add in the Involved Parties section.
      1. On the Add Row dialog box, fill in the fields.

      2. Click Add.
      The involved party record appears in the Involved Parties list on the Ethics Complaints intake form.
    7. Click Submit.
