Browser Extension policy form
The Policy form provides the field descriptions to set up the Browser Extension policies on the supported browsers.

| Instance | URL to connect the browser extension with the ServiceNow instance. Note:
The URL is functional with or without the https:// prefix. |
| Browser extension portal | Portal identifier for Browser Extension for Employee Center. |
| Employee portal | Portal identifier for Employee Center. |
| Extension title | Title for the browser extension web page. |
| Extension icon path | Icon URL to navigate to the browser extension. Note: The URL requires the entire filepath including the https:// prefix. |
| Enable notifications | true Note: Enable this setting to get Chrome browser notifications along with the notifications in your Browser Extension. |
| Enable context menu | true Note: Enable select and hold (or right-click) context menu. |
| Open search in browser extension | Option to open search in the browser extension or in a new tab. |
| Allowed sites | List of websites where the extension is enabled. Note: The domain name is required for the extension to be active. For example, Google, Amazon, or
Workday. |
| Context menu title for search | Text displayed for the context menu search. |
| Context menu title for search in portal | Text displayed for the select and hold (or right-click) context menu search. |
| Empty state title | Header text for the empty state message on unsupported websites. |
| Empty state message | Text displayed as empty state message on unsupported websites. |
| Empty state action label | Text displayed on button navigating to the Employee Center portal. |
| Empty state action label | Text displayed on the button to navigate to the Employee Center portal along with the empty state message. |
| Enable state header logo | Logo displayed on the empty state header. Note: The URL requires the entire filepath including the https:// prefix. |
