Users with the customer service manager role can create a social media profile for an
account, contact, or consumer.

Navigate to an Account, Contact, or Consumer record.

In the Social Profiles related list on the selected record, click New.

Fill in the fields on the Social Profile form, as appropriate.

The link to the user's social media account. |
