    Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer or sn_customerservice.unified_consumer

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to the Consumer Portal.
    2. Navigate to Requests > Submit a request > Walk-up check in in the portal header.
      The application searches for your nearest service center.
    3. To schedule an appointment, see Schedule appointments or join a queue from the Customer Service Management portal.
