# Configure the Portal Advanced Data List widget {#ariaid-title1}

Configure the Portal Advanced Data List widget to modify its data, appearance, and behavior on the portal page. You can use the widget to display different types of data, like case or sold product, in a list format on your
portal.

## Antes de Iniciar

The UI Components for Customer Portals plugin must have been activated. For more information, see [Activate the UI Components for Customer Portals plugin](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/dbhRuP7sSuHV4JpVf6YfsQ "You can activate the UI Components for Customer Portals plugin (sn_ciwf_ui_cmpnt) to enable Configurable Portal widgets. The application installs related plugins if they aren’t already installed.").

Role required: sp_admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to the AllService PortalService Portal Configuration.
2. Select Designer.
3. On the Service Portal Designer page, search for and select the page on which you have added the Portal Advanced Data List widget.
4. In the Edit page, select the Portal Advanced Data List widget.
5. Select the pencil icon (![Pencil icon]()).
6. On the Instance form, fill in the fields.

7. Select Save.
