Assign the Unified Consumer (sn_customerservice.unified_consumer) role to the sys_user to designate them as a consumer in the Customer Service Management (CSM) application.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllUser AdministrationUsers.
2. Select the user from the user record.
3. In the Roles related list, select Edit.
4. In the Collection list, select the Unified Consumer (sn_customerservice.unified_consumer) role and move it to the Roles list.
5. Select Save.

## Resultado

The sys_user is assigned to a unified consumer role (sn_customerservice.unified_consumer).
