Set fields on the form to create a new topic.

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Name | Name of the topic. |
| Description | A short description to define what the topic is. |
| Parent | The parent topic, if required. If you enter a parent topic, the topic is listed as a subtopic of the parent topic. |
| Image | An image that provides a visual reference that describes the topic. |
| Knowledge category used for harvesting | The knowledge category used to categorize community discussions harvested to knowledge articles. |
