Gamification notifications
Community users receive notifications about badge assignments and levels achieved through the activity feed.
This includes global, forum, and topic levels achieved. A user, or any of their followers,
are notified through an activity feed update in the following scenarios:
- When a user advances a level (global, forum, or topic)
- When a user earns a badge
