The Walk-up Experience application can enable guest users to manage walk-up appointments online from the Consumer Service Portal or Customer Service Portal home page.

## Request apps on the Store {#csm-walkup-guest-store-app__parent-topic-send-to-store}

Visit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store. ## Requirements to use Walk-up Experience for guest users {#csm-walkup-guest-store-app__section_u1q_xhj_qmb}

Note the following requirements for guest users to be able to use Walk-up Experience:

* The Guest Walk-up Experience for Customer Service store app must be installed. For more information on installing the store application, see [Install a ServiceNow Store application](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=t_InstallApplications&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).
* The com.snc.walkup_for_csm plugin must be activated. For more information on activating a plugin, see [Activate a plugin](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=t_ActivateAPlugin&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).
* The Walk-up Check-in widget must be configured.
