# Log in to the portal

# Log in to the Consumer Portal {#ariaid-title1}

Log in to the Consumer Portal using the name and password you created during registration.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer

## Procedimento

1. Go to the Consumer Portal.  
   You can access the Consumer Portal using the URL, \<servicenow instance URL\>/consumer_portal.
2. Select Log in in the portal header.
3. Enter username and password on the Log in pop-up.
4. Select Log in.

## Resultado

You're logged in to the Consumer Portal and your name and profile picture appears in the portal header.
