Create cases from mobile devices with a form interface that adapts to your mobile devices.

## Mobile responsive for Case create component {#we-mobile-adaptive-case-create__section_kq1_fgt_33c}

Use the Case Create component on mobile devices to create cases with a form layout optimized for mobile devices.

The component automatically detects mobile devices and adjusts the form layout to fit smaller screens. Form fields reorganize to maintain readability, drop-down menus open as bottom sheets for easier touch interaction, and buttons are
sized appropriately for mobile use.  
After submitting a case, the system generates a case number. When you select the copy (![Copy icon]()) icon, the reference number is copied to the clipboard, and the icon changes to a tick (![Tick icon]()) icon. Selecting the tick (![Tick icon]()) icon displays a Copied to clipboard message, which disappears after 3 seconds and the tick (![Tick icon]()) icon reverts to the copy (![Copy icon]()) icon.Figura 1. The following are the key capabilities:

* Adaptive form layout: Form fields automatically reorganize to fit mobile screen widths while maintaining readability and accessibility.
* Bottom sheet selectors: Drop-down menus open as bottom sheets on mobile devices, providing a touch-friendly selection interface that slides up from the bottom of the screen.
* Case number copy functionality: After case submission, copy the generated case number to your clipboard with a single tap. The system displays a confirmation message that automatically dismisses after 3 seconds.
* Loading indicators: A loading visual displays while the form loads to show the structure and placement of form elements.
