Associate wrap-up codes with the email interaction wrap-up configuration so that agents can select them when closing an interaction.

A wrap-up code must be created. See Configure wrap-up codes for email interactions.

Role required: admin

Procedimento

1. Navigate to All > Interaction > Wrap-up configuration.
2. Select Wrap Up for Email Interactions.
3. Note: If a message appears about the application scope, select here to be able to edit the record.
4. Select Codes.
5. From the Available list, select the wrap-up code.
6. Select the arrow (>) icon to move it to the Selected list.
7. Select Save.

Resultado

The configured wrap-up codes are available to agents when closing email interactions.
