Role required: admin

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

With the provided roles, relationships, and user profile attributes, contributors can
report and collaborate on cases created for customers, service organizations, or

The CSM Query Rules plugin is automatically activated by the CSM Contributor User plugin (com.snc.csm_contributor_user). The CSM Contributor User plugin is moved to App Store beginning with the Australia release. For more information, see [CSM Query Rules](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/~8ozrJa1T~erjIHt4q_x~A "Query rules are used to filter the records in CSM-related tables that are accessible by users with CSM roles. These filters, which are applied in query business rules and READ ACLs on CSM-related tables, are stored in a metadata table.").

## Procedimento

1. Activate the CSM Contributor User plugin (com.snc.csm_contributor_user).
2. Assign the contributor user roles to middle office users.
3. Create relationships.
4. Confirm the sn_cs_queryrules.use_query_rules property is set to true.
