# Associate multiple install base items to a case

In the Customer Service Management application, you can associate one or more related install base items to a case to access all
items associated
with the parent install base item.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_customerservice_manager and admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllCustomer ServiceCasesAll.
2. Open the case that you want to associate the multiple install base items to.
3. Open the Affected Install Base Items related list.
4. Select Edit.
5. From the existing list of install base items in the Collection box, select the install base that you want to add by selecting the right arrow.  
   The install base that you select is displayed in the Affected Install Base Items List box.
6. Select Save.
