# Configure a form to show special handling notes

# Configure a form to show special handling notes {#ariaid-title1}

Display special handling notes on a form, such as the Case form, in either a form
list or a pop-up window.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_shn.admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to a form such as the Case form.
2. Right-click the form header and select ConfigureForm Layout.  
   The system displays a pop-up window that gives you the choice to use Form Builder or continue with the following steps. Selecting Try Form Builder opens the Form Builder tool in a new window. For more information, see [Accessing Form Builder](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=access-form-builder&version=australia&pubname=australia-application-development&ft:locale=en-US).
3. Select Not Now on the pop-up window.
4. Select one or both of the following choices from the Available column and move it to the Selected column.
   * Special Handling Notes List
   * Special Handling Notes Pop Up

5. Select Save.
