    • You can configure the system properties for your Conversational Integration with WhatsApp (WhatsApp Cloud API) application so that you can enable secure and authenticated communication.

    Navigate to  All> System Properties> All Properties.

    Alternatively, in your instance, enter sys_properties.list in the filter navigator and customize the WhatsApp (WhatsApp Cloud API) system properties.

    Property Description
    sn_va_whatsapp.webhook_verify_token Stores the verification token used to authenticate the incoming messages from WhatsApp.
    • Type: password2
    • Default value: None (must be configured during the initial setup)
