View household members to track member details in the Consumer Portal.

## Antes de Iniciar

Install Customer Household Data Model (com.snc.household) app from [ServiceNow store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home).
Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer  
Nota:  
You must be a householdHead to view household members. For details, see [Add consumers to a household](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/pNaAjBoJj4gSL2iQS~62DQ "Add consumers as members of a household.").

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to the Consumer Portal.
2. Navigate to My hubView household members in the portal header.

## Resultado

You can view the list of household members. Select any record to view details.
