You can set a theme that you can apply to an Engagement Messenger
module. A theme enables you to define additional styling of Engagement Messenger
in your website.
You can select the theme for your Engagement Messenger in the Appearance section of the guided configuration.Figura 1. Engagement Messenger theme  
A theme that you want to use for your messenger module must meet the following criteria:

* The header must be set as CWF EC Header
* It must contain the JS include /scripts/sn_csm_ec.js
* It must contain the CSS includes cwf_ec_theme_inline_css and sp-theme-la-jolla.css
