Customize the Customer and Consumer Service Portals to meet your needs.

## Procedimento

Navigate to AllService PortalService Portal Configuration.  
Some of the components that you can customize include:

The default theme for Customer and Consumer Service portals is the Coral theme.
* Menus: [Configure the
  portal header menu](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=configure-header-menu&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-user-interface&ft:locale=en-US) to set up the main menu, one of the main navigation controls for your users.
* Homepage: [Assign a
  homepage to the portal](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=assign-portal-homepage&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-user-interface&ft:locale=en-US).
* Widgets: Use [Service Portal

* Roles: [Configure page
