Activate the Zoom quick action to initiate Zoom meetings using the
quick action from a chat.

By default, the Zoom quick action is inactive. Activate this quick action to enable
agents to initiate Zoom meetings from a chat.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllQuick ActionsActions.
2. In the Name column, search for and select Zoom.
3. On the Quick Action form, select the Active check box.
4. Click Update.

## Resultado

By default, the Zoom quick action is associated with chats when the Chat Zoom Connector application is installed. In addition, if the Conversational SMS service channel application is installed, the quick action is also associated with SMS conversations. For more information, see [Conversational SMS service
