  • Enable your location staff to track projects for their business locations using the Business Location Service Portal (BLSP). You can manage projects, enabling efficient monitoring of progress and updates of your locations.

    Role required: admin, sn_bus_loc.location_project_stakeholder, sn_customerservice.service_organization_contributor, sn_customerservice.svc_location_manager_contributor, sn_bus_loc.location_relationship_manager, and sn_customerservice.svc_location_manager

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Home > Your Information > Business Locations.
    2. On the Business Location Details page, select the business location that you want to track the projects for.
    3. See the list of projects by selecting the Projects tab.
    4. Opcional: Create a case for the business location or account or consumer by selecting Create Case.
    5. Register a staff member to the business location by selecting Add Member.
    6. To see Project Tasks, Sub-Projects and Cases, select a project.
    7. To update a task, select a task from the list.
      Dates, state, tasks, and cases can be updated.
    8. Opcional: Mark a task as completed by selecting Mark Complete.
      State and Actual end date is updated automatically.
