Configure the Portal Advanced Data List widget

    • Configure the Portal Advanced Data List widget to modify its data, appearance, and behavior on the portal page. You can use the widget to display different types of data, like case or sold product, in a list format on your portal.

    Antes de Iniciar

    The UI Components for Customer Portals plugin must have been activated. For more information, see Activate the UI Components for Customer Portals plugin.

    If you have not already created the page to which you want to add the widget, see Create a page for Configurable Portal widgets.

    Role required: sp_admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to the All > Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration.
    2. Select Designer.
    3. On the Service Portal Designer page, search for and select the page on which you have added the Portal Advanced Data List widget.
    4. In the Edit page, select the Portal Advanced Data List widget.
    5. Select the pencil icon (Pencil icon).
    6. On the Instance form, fill in the fields.

    7. Select Save.
