Configure HR service for creating an HR case for an injury
Configure the HR service that you want to use for creating HR cases for injuries and illnesses.

Ensure that the following conditions are met:
- The Human Resources Scoped App: Core (com.sn_hr_core) plugin is installed on your ServiceNow instance. For more information on activating it, see Activate Case and Knowledge Management.
- The application scope is selected as Health and Safety Case Management. For more information, see Application picker.
Role required: sn_hs_cm.case_manager and sn_hr_core.admin

Copy the sys_id of the HR service.
- Navigate to .
- In the list, select the HR service that you want to use for creating HR cases from injury and illness records.
- Right-click the HR service and select Copy sys_id.

Update the sys_id of the HR service in the system property.
- Navigate to .
- In the HR Service sys_id (sn_hs_cm.hr_service_sys_id) property, update the sys_id that you copied in step 1.
- Select Save.
