  • Configure the HR service that you want to use for creating HR cases for injuries and illnesses.

    Ensure that the following conditions are met:
    • The Human Resources Scoped App: Core (com.sn_hr_core) plugin is installed on your ServiceNow instance. For more information on activating it, see Activate Case and Knowledge Management.
    • The application scope is selected as Health and Safety Case Management. For more information, see Application picker.

    Role required: sn_hs_cm.case_manager and sn_hr_core.admin

    Procedimento

    1. Copy the sys_id of the HR service.
      1. Navigate to All > HR Administration > HR Services > HR Service Configuration.
      2. In the list, select the HR service that you want to use for creating HR cases from injury and illness records.
      3. Right-click the HR service and select Copy sys_id.
    2. Update the sys_id of the HR service in the system property.
      1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety administration > Properties.
      2. In the HR Service sys_id (sn_hs_cm.hr_service_sys_id) property, update the sys_id that you copied in step 1.
      3. Select Save.
