# Create document blocks in Document Templates

Create document blocks that you can use in multiple HTML templates.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_doc.admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllDocument TemplatesDocument Template Blocks.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields:

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Suitable name for the document block. |
   | Table | Table to which you want to associate the document block. |
   | Topic detail | Used to categorize template blocks according to the service for which they are applicable. Each topic category can have one or more topic details and each topic detail can have one or more HR services. |
   | Topic category | Used to categorize template blocks according to the service for which they are applicable. Each topic category can have one or more topic details and each topic detail can have one or more HR services. |
   | Active | Option to make the document block available for use. |
   | Description | More information about the document template block. |

4. Click Submit.

2. View the HTML document templates which contain the document blocks.
