Review the risk assessment results for a conflict of interest disclosure, including the overall risk score, risk level, individual risk factor responses, and the risk assessment report.

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

When an employee submits a COI disclosure, the risk assessment evaluates the request against configured risk factors and assigns an overall risk score and risk level. As a fulfiller, you can view the assessment results to
understand why a request was scored at a particular level, review individual risk factor responses, and access the risk assessment report.

## Procedimento

1. View risk level and risk responses from the legal request.
   1. Navigate to AllLegal RequestLegal Counsel Center.
   2. Open the COI disclosure request.
   3. View the risk level assigned by the risk assessment from the secondary header.  
2. View risk responses.
   1. Select the Risk responses tab to view the individual risk factor evaluation results.  
      The Risk responses tab displays a list of all risk factor evaluations performed for this request. The count in the tab label indicates the number of risk factors evaluated.Figura 1. Risk responses
   2. Select the risk response to see details.

3. Select the Risk assessment report tab to detailed report.  
4. View overall risk assessment score.
   1. Navigate to AllLegal and Contracts Common UtilitiesOverall Risk Assessment Scores.
   2. Select the record associated with the legal request number for which you want to view the overall risk assessment.
