Add or change the header menu labels. Or, update the My active items list link used to
access action plans in the Employee Center user interface.

## Configure Journey Accelerator menu items in the Employee Center {#ja-add-ec-header-menu__section_olr_d1b_pqb}

Install the latest Employee Center app from the ServiceNow Store.
After you install the EC app, you can modify the labels for
header menus or My active items links.

   Install the Employee Center app to get the latest EC user interface.
2. [Update the Employee Center theme](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/LXILBNIwaH4Y4o3EVnnpQw "Install the Employee Center app from the ServiceNow Store to update the EC UI theme.")

   Update the Employee Center service portal settings to use the latest theme and menus.
