The safety audit manager can use the audit objectives form to define the objectives and scope of a safety audit.

| Field | Description |

| Name | Name of the objective. |
| State | State of the objective. |
| Priority | Priority level for this objective. |
| Locations | Locations that this objective applies to. |
| Departments | Departments that this objective applies to. |
| Assigned to | Person responsible for this objective. Only people added to the People involved list of this audit are available in this field. | Method | Method how this objective should be assessed, for example, interview, document review, inspection, or any other method. |
| Due date | Date by which this objective must be completed. |
| Description | Detailed description about the purpose and scope of this objective. |
| Expected outcome | Description of what a satisfactory result looks like for this objective. |
