You can update and maintain skills and job architecture data from a single place using the Skills Workspace.

## Workspace users {#skills-intelligence-workspace__section_nmz_1jh_rzb}

Access to the Skills Workspace requires the sn_skills_int_ws.workspace_user role or any role that contains it. For more information on roles in Skills Foundation, see [Components installed with Skills Foundation](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/QlNQerAQ_SMkKrwZ~ot9jA "Several types of components are installed with the activation of the Skills Foundation application, including user roles and tables.").

## Home page {#skills-intelligence-workspace__section_kxm_rjh_rzb}

Access the following information on the Skills Foundation Home page to manage skills-related tasks:

* Skills data overview.
* Critical information gaps that require your immediate attention such as role groups without a role level, skills without a skill level type, or role groups without skills.
* Actionable insights - Notifications of various system checks as suggestions for the users to act on to improve their skills or job architecture data. The View records option enables you to see the detailed list view of the records.
* Overview and Health - Charts to enable you to monitor job architecture data and skills inventory.
