    Importante:
    Cancelling a contract request after it has been sent for signature stops the process in its current state.

    Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_user, sn_cm_core.contract_admin

    You can cancel a contract request when the contract request state is in Draft, New, Awaiting Approval, Awaiting signature, and Work in progress.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to your workspace.
    2. Open the contract request.
    3. Select the More Actions More actions icon icon.
    4. Select Cancel Request.
    5. Select Cancel Request to confirm cancellation.

    Resultado

    • The request is canceled and the associated active flows are terminated. The cancellation comments appear in the Activity tab of the request.
    • The contract request State updates to Canceled and the contract status updates to Contract Canceled.
    • The document signature sent to signatories is canceled to block further signing. The signatories get an email notification that the contract request has been canceled.
