When a user has self-reported their condition, use Emergency Exposure Management
to identify other users who might have come in contact with the affected user. You
can analyze multiple data sources such as location, meetings, and workspace reservations of
the affected user to identify other users who were potentially exposed.

## Antes de Iniciar

To query by meeting, Microsoft Office 365 is required. Register and
configure Microsoft applications to work with Emergency Exposure Management. For details, see [Set up Emergency Exposure Management](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/S2DplbwucxWauCdIEA4fSw "To set up Emergency Exposure Management, install it and then register Microsoft applications. Emergency Exposure Management uses Microsoft Office 365 data to analyze the meetings of affected employees to identify others who were potentially exposed. After installing the Emergency Exposure Management application, set up tracing system for your data sources, diagnostic request task configuration, and register Microsoft applications.").

To query by workspace reservations, the Workplace Core application is required. For details, see
[Install Workplace Safety
Management](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/DjoYEL3qd_6MTAq95EkUbw "You can install the Workplace Core application if you have the admin role. This application includes optional demo data.").

To query by badge reader data, employee daily
contact log, and visitor data, the Contact Tracing application is
required. For details, see [Install Contact
Tracing](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/TK4H8RaHv~KulvT7VhJP7Q#install-contact-tracing "You can install Contact Tracing if you have the admin role.").

To query by field service tasks, the Field Service Management plugin (com.snc.work_management) is required. For
details, see [Activate Field Service
Management](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=t_ActivateFieldServiceManagement&version=australia&pubname=australia-field-service-management&ft:locale=en-US).
Importante:
If you are an on-premise customer with Microsoft Office 365 and you need
assistance in configuring Emergency Exposure Management, contact your sales
representative or contact Customer Service and Support at <https://support.servicenow.com/now?draw=case>.

Role required: sn_imt_diagnosis.diagnostics_admin or admin
