When you receive an email or mobile notification for privacy consent, read the
privacy policy statement and submit a response indicating whether you agree to the usage of
your data for contact tracing.

You must have received a mobile or email push notification to be able to submit your response to the privacy policy request.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllContact TracingPrivacyMy Privacy Consent.  
   Nota:  
   If you see a Record not found message, either you have not been sent a notification yet or the user privacy consent might not be required for your location.
2. Read the privacy policy statement in the Privacy statement Privacy Notice field.
3. Select your response and click Submit.
   * If you agree to the privacy policy and use of your data, select I Agree.
   * If you do not want the organization to use your data, select I Disagree.

   Nota:  
   If you previously agreed to the privacy consent, a Withdraw Consent option is available. You can change your response to withdraw your consent by selecting Withdraw Consent and clicking Submit.

## Resultado

Your current privacy consent decision is updated.

The
status of the notification updates to Acknowledged.  
If you have the [Employee Readiness Core](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/ax15DElbYaZNrfjVcu6quA "Use the ServiceNow Employee Readiness Core application to track employee data across all Safe Workplace suite Safe Workplace and ServiceNow Emergency Response Management applications.") application installed and a health and safety requirement for the privacy consent activated, a record is created with the requirement status:

* If you agreed to the privacy policy and use of your data, the requirement status updates to Cleared.
* If you disagreed or withdrew your consent, the requirement status updates to Not Cleared.

## Submit a privacy consent for Contact Tracing from a mobile phone {#ariaid-title2}

If you receive a mobile push notification request for a data privacy consent, read
the privacy policy statement and indicate whether you agree to the use of your data for
contact tracing.

To receive mobile push notifications, you must have the [Now® Mobile](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/ILvaSRoaHE6uv69zxr5QHg "Enable your users to submit incidents and requests, manage tasks, and access company resources from anywhere using the Now Mobile app.") app.

Role required: sn_imt_tracing.privacy_consent_user

### Procedimento

1. Tap the notification to open the message.
2. In the message, tap View privacy consent.
3. Read the privacy policy statement in the Privacy statement Privacy Notice field.
4. Select your response and click Submit.
   * If you agree to privacy policy and use of your data, select I Agree.
   * If you do not want the organization to use your data, select I Disagree.
