As a legal request fulfiller, view legal requests
and matters in the Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.

Ensure you have installed and configured Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery. Role required: sn_lg_ops.request_fulfiller or sn_lg_matter.matter_fulfiller

## Procedimento

1. Sign in to Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.

2. On the Microsoft Outlook ribbon, select ServiceNow for Legal.
3. View the legal request.

   | Using search | 1. In the search box enter at least two characters to search by Number, Short description, and Requested forLegal requests and matters matching the search criteria will be displayed. 2. Select the legal request or matter. {#lsd-outlook-addin-view-lr__ul_zmw_lcq_bcc} |
   | For an email | 1. Select the email.The legal request submitted for the email is displayed in the Created from this email section. 2. Select the legal request. {#lsd-outlook-addin-view-lr__ol_y11_zbq_bcc} |

   Legal request details are displayed and you can attach or delete documents.
4. To view the legal request or matters in the ServiceNow instance, select Open the request in workspace icon (![Open the request in workspace icon]()).  
   You can view the legal request or matters in the instance and perform actions that are available according to the current state.
